How much does home staging cost?
Professional staging starts from £900. Every property is different, so the final price depends on its size, the rooms to be styled, furniture requirements and the agreed hire period. Send your floorplan or photographs to request a tailored quotation.
What is included in the home staging package?
The Staging for Sale service includes planning the layout and look, selecting and arranging suitable furniture, artwork, lighting, accessories and professional finishing touches. Your quotation will set out exactly what is included for your property.
How long can I keep the staging furniture?
Packages include at least six weeks of furniture hire. Extensions may be arranged by agreement if your marketing or sale takes longer. Exact hire dates and terms will be confirmed in your quotation.
Do I get to keep the furniture?
Furniture supplied for a home staging sale package is hired, not purchased. Collection is arranged when the agreed hire period ends or as part of your agreed sale arrangements. For serviced accommodation or holiday lets, a separate design-and-furnish service can include pieces you will own.
Is staging worth investing in?
Staging can make marketing photographs more appealing and help buyers picture the lifestyle a home offers. It also removes much of the work of sourcing, transporting and later storing furnishings. However, the sale price and selling timescale depend on the property and market, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

What do you need to provide a quote?
A floorplan or a few clear photographs, the property location, approximate number of rooms and your intended marketing date are a great start. You can attach photos or a PDF floorplan to the enquiry form.
