What we collect

If you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email, phone number, enquiry topic, message and any photos or floorplans you choose to attach.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to discuss or provide requested services. The basis is generally legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or taking steps toward a contract.

Sharing and storage

Messages and any attached files are transmitted using our email service provider. Attachments are processed temporarily during submission rather than saved to a public gallery. We do not operate an online payment system on this website. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, service delivery or applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or delete your personal information, and may have other rights under UK data protection law. Contact us by email to make a request, or approach the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This website may use a strictly necessary temporary PHP session cookie to protect contact forms against unauthorised submissions. No analytics or advertising cookies are configured in this version.

Review this policy against your actual hosting, email provider and retention practices before launch.
